I’m very upset with my order. The flowers were beautiful but nothing I specified was there. This was a birthday delivery and the arrangement I chose had a “happy birthday ribbon”It would have been nice to have put some sort of happy birthday on there. I also wrote in the field a small message for her and the birthday girl had no message to open therefore had no idea who it was from.Horrible and embarrassing. The only thing nice about all of this were the flowers and how they were arranged. Poor service and delivery.
